Diabetic neuropathy mainly damages nerves present in your legs and feet. On the basics of the number of affected nerves, symptoms of diabetic neuropathy may range from pain to numbness in your legs and feet and difficulties with your digestive system , urinary tract, and heart. For people it reveals mild symptoms but for others, diabetic neuropathy can be rather painful and disabling.
